Beautify your yard with these Creative Gardening Hacks

Nothing brings more peace than reading a good book and sipping tea in your beautiful garden.

Gardening is a great way to relax and get in touch with nature. It’s a good hobby that many people are spending lots of time doing. If you are one of them, you’ll love the list we have here in making your garden look better than ever.

Tip #1 Plant in a Pot makes a difference

One of the easiest ways to organize your garden and giving it a fresher look is by using potted plants. You’ll be needing pots of the same sizes and then double them. You bury one on the ground level and the other one is where you put your plant. Whenever you want to change the placement, you can just lift the top pot and put it in a different pot. This method is best to use for seasonal plants.

Tip #2 Make a Butterfly Feeder

Butterflies are endearing and it brings magic to gardens. Aside from that, they are also good pollinators and thus help in the growth of flowers. To attract them, you will need to make aDIY butterfly feeder. Check out some of the tutorials available online and you’ll be on your way in making your very own butterfly feeder.

Tip #3 Use a Log garden planter

Another awesome landscape design is to turn logs into beautifulgarden planters. It’s unique, original, and classic. The first thing to do is to find a big log, strip off its barks, and hollow the centre. You’d then fill it with soil and your flowery plants. Your garden will look very inviting and bring a wholesome feel to the household.

Tip #4 Hose hiding planters

An outdoor hose is necessary for gardens as you need to water your plants and flowers, fill up your pool, wash your car, and so on. But we can’t just let the hose lie down anywhere, it’s not neat to look at and it destroys the aesthetic of your garden.

You can hide your hose using aDIY flower planter made up of wood planks that hide your hose. You now have a place to store your outdoor house and at the same time, a flower planter.

Tip #5 A water fountain can never go wrong

You need not spend much to put a water fountain in the middle of your garden, you just need to be creative and resourceful about it. You can use your old kettle and partner it up with a barrel, fill it with water and you’re good to go. Surrounding it with pebbles, rocks, and flowers makes it prettier.

Tip #6 Use a flower border

The easiest and the cheapest way to beautify your garden is to put borders. Just add some stone edge to where the flowers end and the grass begins. It gives depth and it makes the flower bed much more attractive.

Tip # 7

The final tip is to reserve a spot for your reading and coffee breaks. Gardening isn’t just about the planting part; it’s about having an escape. So, put in a table and chair to complete that inviting garden look.
