Missing an item in your kit?

We take quality control very seriously in our production lines. Before we ship kits out to customers we always double and triple check that everything is inside the kit because we KNOW how frustrating it is to purchase something that is incomplete.

Unfortunately, mistakes do occur. 

If you received an incomplete kit, please email us to support@natures-blossom.com with your order number and the missing item and we will make sure to ship it back to you the following day (not including weekends). 

Also, if the shipping address you want the item shipped to is not the same as the order number, please specify that in your email. Our default address to send it to will be the order number's address we shipped to already.
